Side Screens
An Outrigger side screen is a vertical sail or awning that is either fixed or retracting. A side screen is ideal for wind and rain protection if manufactured from a clear or coloured pvc fabric, or privacy and sun protection if manufactured from a pvc shade mesh fabric.
An Outrigger retracting side screen typically has a roller at the top and is secured along the bottom edge with a couple of stainless steel hooks, however we can also design them to run through tracks. An Outrigger fixed side screen or sail is usually tensioned with stainless steel turnbuckles and is left up permanently. All Outrigger side screens are engineered to withstand winds to 140 km/h.
